All individuals listed under the UAP/Technician/School Personnel/MAIII registry must renew their registration every two years. All registrations expire on June 30th of the year in which they expire. The renewal period opens April 1st and runs through 11:59 p.m. June 30th. All registrations not renewed by that time will become expired and practice is not allowed.
Important: If you have not already, you will need to click the "Nurse Portal" button on our navigation bar and register/login to complete your renewal application within new our license/registration portal (available beginning June 17, 2024).
You must complete the renewal application and attest to continued competency as outlined below:
From July 1st through 11:59 p.m. July 31st, registrations that expired in the current year can renew as a “late renewal” with an additional cost of double the timely renewal fee. MAIII registrations will also need to renew their UAP and MAIII registrations separately, as opposed to completing a combined renewal if done during the normal renewal period. Verification of practice may be required if you renew after your registration has expired.
All registrations still expired on June 30th of the current year that are not renewed by the close of the late renewal period on July 31st 11:59 p.m. will require reactivation (including completion of a CHRC) to become active again.
RENEWAL FOR ACTIVE REGISTRANTS (If registry is active and expires 06/30/current year) Renewal for active registries is only available April-June of the year it expires |
